      We sell outcomes, not hours. That means no timesheet pressure on you, and no client conversations dictated by a billable target.

    • Adelaide hybrid, remote-friendly

      Our office is in Adelaide; we keep flexible hours and remote-first delivery. We meet in person when it helps, not because it must.

    • Four weeks paid leave

      Plus a paid week between Christmas and New Year on top, every year, regardless of tenure.

      An annual allowance for conferences, courses, or books. Decide for yourself what is worth investing in.

    • Sane on-call

      Tiered rotations, paid for explicitly, never a surprise. The team backs each other up; nobody runs solo at 3am.

      Full-time employees receive equity vesting on a four-year schedule with a one-year cliff.

    How we hire

    Four steps. About three weeks. No leetcode tournaments.

    We hire by working through a small piece of real work together and talking about systems you have shipped. The whole process is usually done in three to four weeks. We tell you fast if it is not a fit.

    1. 01Within 1 week of applying

      Intro call

      A 30-minute conversation with someone on the team. We talk about what you are looking for and what we are working on. No technical questions.

    2. 02Within 1 week of the intro

      Technical conversation

      A 60-minute discussion about a system you have shipped recently. We focus on the decisions you made and the trade-offs, not abstract puzzles.

    3. 03Choose your timing

      Paired exercise or take-home

      One scoped exercise. Choice of pairing live for 90 minutes or taking it home for up to a week. We pay for the time either way.

    4. 04Within 1 week of the exercise

      Final conversation and offer

      A meet-the-team round, references, and a written offer with full transparency on compensation, equity, and progression.
