    How we hire

    We hire by doing a small piece of real work together and talking about systems you have shipped.

      Within 1 week of applying

      Intro call

      A 30-minute conversation with someone on the team. We talk about what you are looking for and what we are working on. No technical questions.

    2. 02

      Within 1 week of the intro

      Technical conversation

      A 60-minute discussion about a system you have shipped recently. We focus on the decisions you made and the trade-offs, not abstract puzzles.

    3. 03

      Choose your timing

      Paired exercise or take-home

      One scoped exercise. Choice of pairing live for 90 minutes or taking it home for up to a week. We pay for the time either way.

    4. 04

      Within 1 week of the exercise

      Final conversation and offer

      A meet-the-team round, references, and a written offer with full transparency on compensation, equity, and progression.
