What happens after I submit a brief?

A senior engineer reads it within one business day and replies personally — not a sales rep. If it's a fit, we'll suggest a 30-minute call to scope the engagement. If it's not, we'll usually point you to someone we'd trust with the problem.

How quickly can you start?

Most engagements start 2–4 weeks after a signed agreement. Urgent work (incident response, due diligence) can start within days when we have capacity — flag that in your brief.

Do you take on small projects?

Some — short-scope audits, second opinions, architecture reviews, and tightly-scoped sprints. We're transparent about our minimum engagement size in the first call; we don't waste anyone's time pretending to fit when we don't.

How is pricing structured?

Outcome-based and milestone-tied for project work. Retainer with reserved capacity for ongoing engagements. We don't bill hours and we don't surprise you with change orders — the envelope is the envelope.

Can you sign our NDA before we share details?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we'll counter-sign your NDA before the first detailed conversation. Standard mutual NDAs are turned around within 24 hours. For complex MSAs, expect a few days while our counsel reviews.

Question 6

What if our existing team disagrees with your assessment?

Accepted Answer

Good. That's the conversation worth having. We deliver findings privately to the engagement sponsor first, then run a structured discussion with your team. Disagreement surfaced early is much cheaper than disagreement during implementation.
